Down the Way Where the Knights are Gay.......

Gay he is is not, neither does he promote any gaiety. But guess what? He's not a knight anymore, either! Sir Robert Mugabe appears to have been stripped of his honorary knighthood by the British. (Well done, my Lords and Ladies.)

Watch it, Bra Bobby. May your Presidency be next. I'm hoping that somebody will stuff you into a rum bottle and throw the bottle into Lake Kariba, to float around as a message to mankind for ever and ever.

It is obvious that you do not have much time for Bob, but then again, who does? The upcoming election (if one can call it that) is scary stuff. I think the whole world is watching that with interest.

It would appear as if the SA authorities are slowly changing their attitude to Zimbabwe. It is going to be interesting to see if this government recognizes Bob as the president of Zimbabwe after the scam election.

It's frightening, isn't it, that a president can be allowed to brutalize a nation ahead of a run-off election like this, and simply annihilate the opposition by terror?

I feel so much for the Zimbabwean people. They are such nice people, and their country could so easily be one of the most prosperous in Africa, but for this person and those who ride his gravy train with him. It breaks my heart.

Thanks for your comment.

I think Ian Smith is being proven correct, the world shunned him and made him out to be evil, yet in pre-Mugabe days the country was wealthy and the wealth was spreading.
